The X Series water motor driven proportioner consists of a water motor, piston pump, coupling, base plate and pipework, etc. It can achieve foam proportioning mixing at ratios of 0.5%, 1%, 3%, 6% and 3/3%.

The water motor adopts a patented split-blades design, which makes the proportioner less pressure loss, a wider flow range, longer service life and more stable performance.

The uniquely designed piston pump has a smaller clearance volume and better suction performance, making it suitable for all foam liquids available on the market, including high-viscosity fluorine-free foam liquids.

[05:09, 21/04/2025] Tang: F+W has a complete test platform for water motor driven proportioners, with a maximum test flow rate of up to 36,000 L/min and a maximum pressure of up to 25 bar. It can complete the testing of proportioners with different specifications. It adopts a data collection system that can collect various parameters such as flow rate and pressure simultaneously.
